HRBP – Technology9-12-month FTCWest London Based, Hybrid; 3x days a week.£500 a dayAre you an experienced HR Business Partner working with technology teams? We are looking for a strategic and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our client based in West London to play a key role in driving performance, engagement, and cultural change across the organisation.About the RoleAs a HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the Directors and Leadership Team within the Technology function to develop and implement people strategies that align with the business vision and strategic priorities. You’ll be a trusted expert, providing insight, challenge, and support to drive high-performing, engaged teams and ensure our people plans deliver real business value.What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partnering with Directors and Leadership Teams to shape and deliver people strategies that maximise performance and engagement.
  • Coaching and challenging business leaders to raise the bar on performance and leadership capability.
  • Translating business plans into clear people strategies, ensuring alignment with the business vision and priorities.
  • Providing expert HR advice and collaborating with specialist teams in reward, employee relations, talent development, and more.
  • Driving a high-performance culture and embedding the business values across all functions.
  • Leading workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Supporting and leading change management initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and sustainable outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, supporting technology teams, working with senior leadership teams in a complex environment.
  • Strong background in HR disciplines, including Employee Relations, Organisational Design, Resourcing, Talent Management, and Reward, ideally in a unionised setting.
  • A track record of coaching, influencing, and developing teams to achieve high performance.
  • Experience in delivering commercial, strategic HR solutions.
  • Expertise in leading and embedding change from an HR perspective.
  • Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience.
