Our comprehensive range of products and services covers every link of the integrated supply chain – from maritime and inland terminals to marine services and industrial parks as well as technology-driven customer solutions.The HR Business Partner will manage the relationship with various departments within DP World to provide HR guidance to our Charlotte, NC office. This role requires a minimum of 3 days each week in our South End office. This role requires deep US Human Resources knowledge.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Acts as a strategic advisor and implementation support to the leaders and Managers related to disciplinary matters, investigations, performance and talent management, training and development, recognition, compensation, and benefits and leave.
  • Supports Human Resources functions and administration involving the maintenance of related records within multiple HR systems Provides support and advice to managers on methods and approaches to resolve employee performance issues and support employee development efforts, and termination process
  • Responsible for the onboarding process of regional new hires Independently, and in partnership with other HR partners, drives organizational structure and Job descriptions with effectively leverage change management principles
  • Supports HR Leadership in developing solutions and implementing programs and policies
  • Supports the talent management strategy for business unit including goal development, mid-year check-ins, performance reviews, assessing talent for development and successorship, and performance improvement plans
  • Supports, Regional Human Resources policies, programs, and procedures, and provides HR guidance and across the organization in support of regional policies

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep expertise and experience in United States Human Resources
  • HR Professional certification(s) strongly preferred
  • Advanced Excel
