Providing and facilitating the development and support of Amnesty International’s effective and efficient human resource, office operational, and administrative services to ensure the smooth running of the office and maintaining staff well-being for creating a healthy organization culture.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing human resources policies.
  • Support the Finance and Office manager to develop organisation’s plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
  • Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards and ensuring compliance with government’s law and regulations.
  • Managing staff well-being and performance reviews.
  • Motivating and supporting current staff.
  • Maintaining staff records. Including administering HR-related documentation; such as leave forms, CVs, JDs, references, and contracts for employees, partners, and consultants.

Skills And Experience​​​​​​​:
  • Proven experience in Human Resources and General Affairs or relevant field for a minimum of 5 years. Having a background in Psychology is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
  • A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
