The HR Officer reports to the HR Manager for close guidance, training and supervision. The Officer provides support to the supervisor and colleagues in the unit by executing HR services through applying knowledge of theoretical HR models, as well as understanding of organizational HR policies and procedures. This role will focus primarily in the providing technical support and guidance to the Generic Vacancy Announcements launched in the Division as well a play a key role in implementing the Division Staff Support Plan designed as a result of the OMP results.

Minimum requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) in Human Resources Management , human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology and any other related fields.
Work Experience:
- At Least 2 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources , Human Resources Officer, Business Partnering, Strategic Human Resources, Implementation of HR Services, Learning and Capacity Development, HR Data Analytics.
Language Requirements :
- Fluency in English is required.
