Position: Human Resources Payroll Coordinator – Fashion Industry
Location: Saint-Laurent – hybrid
Salary: $65K – $70K per year (based on experience)

Our client, a leading luxury brand distributor in Saint-Laurent, is seeking a Human Resources Payroll Coordinator to join their team.

– Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll and Human Resource

– Knowledge of Quebec Labor Standards
Main Responsibilities:
– Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
– Inputting employee data into HRIS
– Handling health insurance enrollment/termination
– Coordinating vacation requests and social events
– Preparing payroll entries and maintaining training database
– Conducting exit interviews and updating manuals
– Managing general HR tasks and safety procedures
– Assisting with special projects and administrative duties
