If you are ready to take the next step in your career and want a position with excellent earning potential with a stable, growing company, Sage Dental has what you are looking for.OverviewAs a Regional Hygienist Trainer with Sage Dental, you will be responsible for the training and development of hygienists employed at Sage practices in your assigned regions. This position partners with dentists and office staff who work for those practices, and Sage Dental’s Chief Dental Hygiene Officer and Directors of Market Operations to optimize oral hygiene care delivered to patients of the practices. This position requires travel to assigned Atlanta region and will work from home one (1) day per week.Responsibilities
- This is a non-clinical support role that will be providing advice to hygienists practicing with and employed by Sage Dental branded practices.
- Delivering regional training designed to promote quality care and patient satisfaction.
- Working with vendor partners to arrange field meetings and increase product knowledge and utilization.
- Assisting with training initiatives on new patient care products and processes.
- Coaching and mentoring hygienists.
- Interviewing RDH candidates, as-needed.
- Travel within ATL Sage offices 4 days per week and work from home 1 day per week. Travel needed to TN offices as-needed.
QualificationsMinimum Education and ExperienceTo be viewed as a qualified candidate for this position you should possess the following:
- Licensed and Registered Dental Hygienist.
- Has worked as faculty at a school or as a formal trainer, (i.e. experienced with teaching and/or training).
- Ability to travel to assigned offices throughout your assigned regions in Florida.
- Proven track record of exemplary hygiene case acceptance.
- Demonstrated excellence in the execution of your craft and empathy for the patient with a strong business acumen.
- Has achieved a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas; stays up to date with current developments and trends in areas of expertise.
Preferred (not required) Qualifications
- Prior dental administrative/leadership or experience – having coached and trained other hygienists
- Adjunct or full-time dental hygiene faculty experience, and/or dental hygiene consulting experience with a proven track record
