Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?Opportunity to work for the Core Banking and Payment Technology inside the Personal & Commercial Credit Engineering Team, delivering services to resolve technical and business system needs, and working closely with various partners across IT and business.Our technology stack is composed of IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) on Mainframe and CP4A, middleware such as WebSphere Message Broker (MQ) / IBM Integration Bus (IIB) / IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE). We also have Java/Spring APIs and micro-services, deployed to Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) and OpenShift.You will be involved in all aspects of the development process, from code design to production, in a largely Agile environment, leveraging modern automation for deployments (CI/CD) and monitoring (SRE). We are looking for team players, with a passion for building quality solutions and solving business problems through efficient software engineering.What will you do?Design, code and document implementations focusing on the IBM ODM platform (CP4A Version)Work with Business rules projects, provide JAVA development support and implement business releases of new rules as packaged by the Strategy team.Design and code in JAVA language.Write and maintain unit and system tests, assist our QA team in integration tests, and assist our Production Support team to troubleshoot issues.Analyze business and system needs, exploring alternative options to recommend efficient designs and technology solutions, considering component reusability, data sharing and security.Provide technical and team leadership in projects to ensure team deliverables meet or exceed quality standards, including coaching other team members.Work on Cloud platform for deployment of our services via Devops pipeline.What do you need to succeed?Must Have4+ years of experience in an application development role with a proven track record of delivering maintainable, quality solutions.2+ years of experience in business rule engine related development (IBM ODM).2+ years of experience with modern Java development2+ Years of experience in cloud platform (Openshift)Experience with application security involving TLS/ 2waySSL, HTTPS, certificates.Good Communication Skill and has temperament to work in a team. Knowledge of correlated technologies such as REST, JDBC, SOAP, JMS, XML, JSON, HTTP, SQL and others.
