Job SummaryJob DescriptionWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?Responsible for designing and maintaining the enterprise wide IAM Process models linking them to relevant standards. This role will consult and support the strategic implementation and processes covering all aspects of IAM and ensuring all procedure documents align with IAM Process. Responsibilities also include the maintenance of appropriate roles and responsibilities documentation for all IAM stakeholders, maintained through the IAM RACI and Target Operating Model documentation.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Define and maintain enterprise wide IAM Process Models and supporting materials pertaining to all five IAM capabilities:Access Attestation and Remediation (A&R)Access Request and Provisioning (AR&P)Privileged Access Management (PAM)AuthorizationAuthenticationDefines and maintains Client IAM Process Models and supporting material pertaining to CIAM capabilities.Defines and maintains Physical IAM Process Models and supporting material pertaining PIAM capabilities.Provides subject matter expertise to project teams and LoB in translating the minimum set of requirements into business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, and technical specifications.Maintain roles and responsibilities documentation for all IAM stakeholders, maintained through the IAM RACI and Target Operating Model (TOM) documentation.WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Must have:4-5 years IAM process modelling and implementation4-5 years’ experience in an IT risk and controls roleExperience in delivery or support rolesStrategic mindset, with excellent knowledge and understanding of the financial industryStrong communication and presentation skillsNice-to-have:CISSP or CRISCKnowledge of IT Standards, MethodologiesRBC is committed to supporting flexible work arrangements when and where available.
