Request for Information (RFI): Cash Insurance
International Medical Corps (IMC), international humanitarian organization is seeking qualified companies who are licensed to legally provide cash insurance services in Iraq, to submit their Request for Information for Cash Insurance services for:
- Delivery of cash from our banks to our offices in Iraq Erbil
- Cash insurance for cash in office safes.
- Cash in Transit
Description of Services
Objective / purpose
The purpose of this Request for Information/call for proposal is to establish and subsequently implement a cash Insurance service for the Organization.
- The insurance services are sort for the cash in Transit to the IMC office in Erbil Italian Village.
- The cash is moved by our staff who have been appointed as bank agents and have been appointed and approved to carry cash for the office.
- The cash is moved using only official company vehicles leased or hired for official movements
- The office premises are under 24-hour CCTV surveillance
- The cash in the office is kept in a locked Safe situated in a dedicated room/offices within the office.
- Safe is accessed by one dedicated staff who has authority to dispense cash
- The cash limits may vary depending on need, the min limit is USD 500 to a Maximum of USD 50,000.
- Cash reconciliation is done daily before the end of business day
- Cheques are approved by signatories who are senior staff members
This contract for cash insurance is anticipated to be for a full one year.
Companies should submit their RFI, in English language, supported with a capacity statement outlining experience in delivering of said services.
Also to be submitted alongside your pricing include:
- Proof or Registration as a legal entity
- License to carry out the services
International Medical Corps’ main selection criteria is based on best value for money, the bid will be evaluated based on pricing and experience.
