Overview: We’re seeking an Information Security Manager to lead our organization’s information security program and initiatives. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, managing security controls, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify security vulnerabilities and risks.
Manage security controls and technologies to protect information assets and systems.
Provide security awareness training and education to employees to promote a culture of security.
Stay updated with cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications preferred.
Experience in information security roles, with a focus on security management and governance.
Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
