Information Systems Management Supervisor

US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation System eXtended (US BICES-X) is a cutting edge program supporting DoD intelligence information sharing on current and emerging global threats to mission and coalition partners and emerging nations. With an internationally dispersed team supporting each combatant command, the US BICES-X team is in direct support of the war fighter and their missions. We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform recurring strategic engagement with customer
- Provides input for documentation on new or existing systems
- Identifies, analyzes, and coordinate resolution to complex problems.
- Provides or facilitate system/equipment/specialized training and technical guidance.
- May provide guidance and work leadership to less experienced team members.
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
- Facilitate effective communications and help to ensures high customer satisfaction is
- Interface with funding customer and Business Relationship Managers to ensure value creation for the customer and that the work remains in line with organizational strategy and priorities
- Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.
- May also perform high level technical services on assigned tasks.
- Attends customer meetings and may serve as primary client liaison.
- May interact with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.
- Understand and maintain existing processes related to accounts management.
- Facilitate continual process improvement based on shifting customer needs and expectations.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience
- Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience with Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
- Experience communicating and coordinating with cross functional teams.
- Demonstrable administrative and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment and ability to reprioritize based on customer needs
- Must achieve and maintain the Technical Expert Status Accreditation (TESA) as defined in the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) between the United States and the Federal Republic of Germany. In order to qualify for TESA, the candidate must have one of the following: Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of specialized experience, OR; an Associate’s degree plus 7 years of specialized experience, OR; A major certification plus 7 years of specialized experience, OR; 11 years of specialized experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional certification
- Depending on job assignment, additional specific certifications may be required
