– Bachelor/Graduate degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering or 2-3 years diploma in Civil engineering |
– Training in monitoring and evaluation – Training in Community or public health – Training in community mobilization |

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE – Humanitarian – International |
– Five Years practical experience in infrastructure, WASH and/or shelter rehabilitation. – Experience in design and construction of WASH and Shelter Infrastructure; |
– Experience in monitoring and evaluation of projects – Experience in public health and mental health |
|
– Technical |
– Experience in community-based water supply, sanitation, Hygiene and Shelter programs. – Experience in needs identification and prioritization for the poor rural and urban communities and of appropriate ways of tackling them. The post holder must be aware of and sensitive to the needs of women and marginalized groups in this context. – Experience in working with the local communities in Iraq. Experience in supervising a volunteer program |
– Experience in working with an international NGO |

– Good communication skills – Knowledge of local areas and community structures in Iraq |
