As we prepare to bid on contracts supporting justice sector capacity-building projects overseas, we are actively recruiting qualified advisors with a minimum of 10 years of experience in specialized fields, including Anti-Corruption, Corrections, IT, K9, Logistics, Narcotics, Maritime, Police, Rule of Law, and Justice sectors. Additionally, we are looking for experts in Systems Administration, Budget Analysis, Financial Management, Construction Engineering, Leahy Vetting, and Program Management. - Assists by implementing projects and programs focused on your field of specialty.
- Coordinates with other U.S. government agencies and government entities that interact with the program activities.
- Advises on developing, planning, and implementing all program activities to include policy, training, and inter-ministerial and interagency coordination.
- Serves as a subject matter expert on the specialized field, to include policy analysis and program guidance on issues such as program progress, budgeting, development of host country capacities.
- Provides briefs, presentations, and/or reports on programmatic progress in Spanish and English as required.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- Years of specialized experience criteria:
- Advisor IV 15+ years of experience in specialized field.
- Advisor III 10+ – 15 years of experience in specialized field.
- Advisor II 5+ – 10 years of experience in specialized field.
- Advisor I 6 months – 5 years of experience in specialized field.
- US National, Local National and/or Third Country Nationals.
- Active clearance, MRPT, or RSO vetting.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, law, logistics, compliance, international relations, public policy or related field.
- FSI level 4/4 Spanish; FSI level 3/3 English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited university.
- Experience working and/or coordinating with other relevant U.S. government agencies (e.g., Department of Justice, USAID, etc.), the United Nations, and host nation entities.
