Orange Aluminum is currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will support and promote the aggressive growth of Orange Aluminum through a high-energy approach to Sales.Required Skills:

  • Have 1-3 years of Sales Experience, ability to handle a wide range of detailed administrative related tasks and be able to work independently with efficiency.
  • Manage a high volume of daily outbound emails and calls to targeted accounts
  • Possess strong Follow-Up skills
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Display quality team communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Create personalized outreach in the form of emails and calls
  • Utilize social selling techniques to expand network and open up new sales opportunities
  • Process unqualified inquiries to pre-qualified opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to inbound inquiries from potential customers
  • Document your activities within a customer relationship management (CRM) database (NetSuite)

A typical week will eventually consist of some combination of:

  • Answering phones, and emails
  • Sending requests for stock checks and replenishments
  • Required to perform Warm/Cold outing calls
  • Be inquisitive. Gather information on customers’ goals, challenges, and expectations
  • Compiling detailed custom quotes,
  • Continuous communication with management and OSR’s through CRM
  • Trouble shooting, solution based thinking
  • Tracking KPI’s
  • Following up and Closing sales, Building relationships for future continued business!

Daily use of CRM (NetSuite), Outlook and Excel.There will be plenty of numbers tossed around, so you should be willing to sharpen your math skills. HUGE plus if you are familiar with AutoCAD!

  • This will be offered as a full-time position guaranteed. [ M-Th: 8AM – 4:30PM and F: 8AM – 3:30PM] with plenty of room for growth.
  • First year target average $46-$55K competitive pay with no cap, including base hourly+ commissions + quarterly bounces.
