We are looking for an exceptional Insight Manager to deliver actionable insight driving deep understanding of RBG Kew’s customers (e.g. visitors, members, donors) and informing data-driven decision making across the organisation. However, you think beyond the technical with a strategic mind. You focus on business needs, the value that data provides and how it will be used.
