Job description
Responsible for effective deployment of both On/Offshore Inspection Technicians according to customer requirements. Complying with approved company/HSSEQ policies and procedures; reports any non-standard issues or problems immediately to Line Manager. Responsible for preparing for approval all client invoices and legally required certification and documentation.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Project management for offshore & onshore inspection works, from discussing work scope with client, creating and issuing quotations, planning required equipment and manpower through to report approval and final invoicing;
- Ensure that HSSEQ policies and procedures are followed, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff at all times.
- Preparation and implementation of Risk Assessments, Safety Systems of Work, Lift Plans, etc
- Maintenance and up-keep of Company SI2307 database using Motion Software; ensuring that all certification is prepared accurately and available to clients through this system.
- Liaise with Rope Access Manager regarding up-coming Rope Access scopes.
- Preparation of Invoices, Service Reports, technical submissions to clients and preparation of work packs, instructions and material specifications, as instructed.
- Assist with month-end documentation, including accruals.
- Coordination of logistics for offshore services, inspections and personnel.
- Coordinate with Inspection Support Technician for organising all travel and accommodation bookings as required.
- Up-keep of On-call rota, ensuring 24/7 cover.
- Participate on an Out of Hours On-call rota system.
- Keep Inspection planner and forecast tracker up to date.
- Pro-active approach to increasing work scopes and associated revenue; highlighting other Centurion UKRS and Group services to further enhance revenue stream.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONKnowledge:Good knowledge and understanding of the legal aspects of the industry, as well as inspection processSkills & Competencies:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good IT skills, familiar with Microsoft Office
- Insphire and Motion Kinetic knowledge preferred but not essential
Qualifications and certification:LEEA quals/inspection experience preferred but not essentialExperience:
- Experience in a coordinator-based role
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
Personal qualities:
- Self-driven in fulfilling responsibilities and completing tasks.
- Able to maintain good communications with both office and onsite personnel.
- Comfortable in problem solving and managing fluid work scopes.
- Goal Orientated. Seeking progression/personal growth
