- Provide personalized support to students with SEMH needs, fostering growth through tailored interventions.
- Bring individualized education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support plans to life, ensuring each student’s unique needs are met.
- Cultivate an environment of positivity and inclusivity, nurturing the social and emotional well-being of our extraordinary students.
- Collaborate closely with passionate educators and professionals to create a holistic approach to student development.
- Assist students in honing effective communication and social skills for lifelong success.
- Employ positive behaviour management strategies, turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
- Encourage and facilitate student engagement in classroom activities, making learning an exciting journey.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in unlocking the potential of students with SEMH needs is a valuable asset.
- Bring a patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
- Showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills that resonate with our unique community.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment, working seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with innovative behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques.
- Possess relevant qualifications in education or special education to enhance your impact.
