- Connecting by telephone with warm lead clients to coordinate an opportunity to virtually present them a family protection package.
- Engage with families, seniors, and singles to explain insurance options to protect their family now and in the future.
- Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales
- Update reports, records and other organizational tools to accurately report progress
- Work in a team environment coaching new hires.
- Actively recruit new hires to build your team.
- Manage and mentor your team throughout the hiring, training and mentoring process.
Qualifications
- Job seekers must already have ONTARIO, MANITOBA, SASKATCHEWAN, ALBERTA, NEWFOUNDLAND or BRITISH COLUMBIA LLQP LICENCE
- or be willing to get an insurance license
- Basic Computer Skills required
- High School Diploma
- Experience working with Customer Service a benefit
Compensation
- First Year Agent Average $65,000
- First Year Management Level Average $85,000
