Intake Specialist Part-Time Every Other Saturday Day (7a-7:30p) – New Facility in West Chester, PA!Haven Behavioral Hospital of West Chester is opening a new 72-bed facility providing high-quality, specialty behavioral health services for individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues. · Receives and responds to call inquiries for potential admissions and generalized questions.
· Obtains the required information to facilitate admissions.
· Makes referrals for persons who are not appropriate for admission.
· Completes pre-authorization of services
· Welcomes patient and completes paperwork upon arrival to facilityEDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelors Degree preferred.CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: CPI/CPR per policy.
