The Integrated Marketing Associate will primarily focus on planning and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives to promote UNFCU products and services. The role involves developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on planning and execution. Additionally, a key responsibility is managing and optimizing social media efforts to support and enhance overall marketing objectives.NYC Salary range: $78,120 – $95,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location. This position is hybrid.What you’ll do

  • Regardless of seniority or role, uphold UNFCU’s mission, core values, and guiding principles by providing an exceptional service experience to colleagues and members alike through consistent demonstration of our service excellence behaviors.
  • Plan, schedule, and deploy targeted marketing initiatives that drive engagement and conversions for UNFCU products and services. These initiatives may include: e-marketing, direct mail, in-branch signage, sales presentations, social media, print advertising, and special events.
  • Manage all social media channels, ensuring a cohesive and effective presence.
  • Develop and recommend social media campaign strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive posting schedule to ensure consistent, timeline content across all social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with copywriters to craft schedule and publish engaging posts tailored to each platform’s audience.
  • Actively engage with followers through community management, fostering positive interactions and brand loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrices, using insights to establish annual social media key performance indicators (KPIs) and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with external social media partners and vendors, ensuring effective collaboration, seamless integration, and the successful execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the marketing creative and online team to create multi-channel material including: emails, web pages, posters, flyers, etc.
  • Work closely with all lines of businesses, as well as the Office of General Counsel, to make sure that projects are approved by all stakeholders.
  • Maintain an understanding of membership demographics, product/service usage patterns, engagement, and conversion rates, and other relevant data to make fact-based decisions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives utilizing analytic reports, and make recommendations for overall improvement of the initiative’s process, outcomes, and implementation.
  • Verify that marketing initiative content is accurate and factual.
  • Maintain knowledge of all UNFCU products, services, partnerships, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain UNFCU’s brand guidelines and voice and ensure that they are carried through all marketing content
  • Stay up-to-date with global marketing trends and promotions across the financial industry.
  • Provide support and develop a good working relationship with all corporate marketing team members.
  • Attend annual marketing seminars/trainings to keep up with marketing trends.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and UNFCU’s Code of Ethics & Business Conduct.

What we’re seeking

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing financial products or services to consumers
  • Specific expertise in Social Media/Online Marketing, International Marketing, and Direct Marketing
  • Experience developing multi-channel campaigns preferred
  • Experience using work management tools preferred
