Location: Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB), AZQualifications. Bachelor’s Degree.Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, and Disseminate (F3EAD).
  • Expertise in targeting and analytic support; commercial tradecraft; and sustained analytic mentorship in support of the following four mission areas:
  • Strategic Competition
  • Targeting
  • Counter Terrorism
  • Counter Narcotics
  • Expertise in leading-edge commercial due diligence analysis, trained in commercial proprietary tool sets and big data analytics, market-leading social media exploitation software applications, and geolocation-based entity resolution solutions which enable construction and verification of targets’ patterns of life.
  • Proficiency in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
  • Strong briefing and teaching skills, and capable of effectively mentoring Government analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills and highly proficient in all-source analytical support tools.
  • An acute knowledge of interagency intelligence operations is highly desired. Experience in supporting SOF and/or counter-narcotic operations also highly desired.
  • Possess an official U.S. passport and be able to travel in the United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR) for up to 45 days. The AOR includes Central and South America as well as non-US nations within the Caribbean Sea.
  • Ability to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable.
  • Ability to obtain all required immunizations in accordance with 32 CFR 158.7.,
  • Guidance for Contractor Medical and Dental Fitness.
  • Contractor liaisons must possess the capability of fusing intelligence information from multiple disciplines, to include Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Open Source Intelligent (OSINT), Publicly Available Information (PAI) and Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT). Contractor liaisons will provide intelligence analysis and all aspects of information gathering, research, threat assessments and predictive analysis as part of an analytical team. Contractor liaisons must have advanced targeting skills and a comprehensive understanding of the operational cycle as well as the data, tools, and techniques used for each phase of targeting. Contractor liaisons must have firsthand experience targeting networks or individuals within networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation and have a mastery of the F3EAD targeting methodology.
  • Contractor liaisons must be capable of analytic development of 27 all-source, Government analysts. The contractor liaisons are required to conduct short to long-term analytical studies to include requirements decomposition, target assessment, and target collection evaluation. In addition, the responsibilities also entail conducting a variety of analytical methodologies to support predominantly technical issues to include, but not limited to, network analysis, link/relationship discovery and analysis, temporal analysis, and other quantitative methods.
  • Must be able to read, understand, speak, and write English fluently. The ability to speak and understand Spanish is also desirable, but not required.
  • Possess and maintain a minimum TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage a global commercial tradecraft network on behalf of AFSOUTH intelligence needs.
  • Execute on-site mentorship in support of AFSOUTH all-source analysts in targeting/F3EAD, counter-illicit network analysis, counter national adversary, and counter weapons of mass destruction.
  • Select, configure, install, and train on best-in-class, commercial-proprietary social media exploitation and diligence technologies to enable classified Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance capabilities, and its ability to prosecute its mission.
  • Provide structured analytic technique application mentorship in autonomous supplier network illumination, supplier ecosystem diligence, and supply chain analytics to enable prosecution of the mission areas.
  • Travel to attend meetings, participate in conferences, symposiums, site visits, video­ teleconferences, teleconferences, exercises, and other professional meetings dealing with ISR in either the USSOUTHCOM AOR or other areas of interest.
  • Develop and disseminate intelligence analytic products and assessments focused on threat network illumination, targeting, theater-based threats and air/air defense capabilities of a potential adversary and partner nation forces.
  • Craft and deliver professional, executive-level correspondence to senior leaders internal and external to 12 AF (AFSOUTH).
  • Expertly target threat networks within the SOUTHCOM AOR. Mentor Government personnel on necessary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) related to human targeting.
  • Articulate network behavior and targeting effects to fellow analyst as well as leadership up to a 4-Star General Officer level audience.
  • Design, development, and administration of proficiency measures and tests in analytic tasks for which the contractor liaisons will provide training and mentorship.
  • Provide geolocation-based entity resolution solutions and commercial diligence social media exploitation solutions.
  • Standard operating procedures authorship to cover optimal analytic techniques to be used in conjunction with selected solutions.

Travel: May be required for the purpose of providing operational support during times of war, contingency, exercise, and experimentation. Extended (greater than 2 weeks) duration is possible.
