Interim Digital Learning Lead £44.50PH

Role: Interim Future Skills and Learning Digital Lead

Rate: £44.50 per hour (8 hours per day, Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: FTSE 100, Energy leader

Location: Hybrid and 2-3 days in South-East England, or London

Duration: 12 months (scope to extend)

An Interim Future Skills and Learning Lead for this FTSE 100 Energy organisation’s digital skills cluster. This cluster represents 100ms skills growth across a range of digital disciplines.

You will support in the upskilling of the entire organisation in digital and date, and deep-skilling to build advanced learning offers at SME level.

The role will involved performance consulting, working closely with stakeholders to SVP level, utilising “5 Whys”, explore what stakeholders are looking to achieve, and demonstrating the value-add of learning through defining and measuring outcomes.

Requirements:

• Ability to build strong and credible relationships with stakeholders to a senior level.
• Outcome and performance-driven, with experience across OKRs and KPIs.
• Performance Consulting leadership and advising.
• Experience of breaking down, structuring, and conveying knowledge, either as a mentor, trainer, lecturer or similar.
• Experience within large, global, matrix organisations.
• Ideally, a digital background and advantageous would be any transformation experience.
