Have a global impact on the world of payments.FIXED TERM CONTRACTReporting to the VP, Internal Communications & Corporate Responsibility, the Internal Communications and Corporate Responsibility Executive is accountable for driving momentum behind key initiatives and reporting on Paysafe’s Internal Communications and Corporate Responsibility programmes. It’s a fantastic role for a comms professional who is fairly early on in their career and keen to gain extensive, hands-on experience across a range of communications disciplines and be part of a high-performing, but very friendly communications team.What Paysafe stands for:

Our goal as an employer is to continue to create an exceptional working environment for our people, ultimately driving higher levels of engagement, employee experience and individual and company performance.The successful candidate will work with fellow team members and departments across the global business to ensure the Paysafe story, vision and values are understood and recognised by multiple audiences.A London-based role, Paysafe has a hybrid working policy allowing a positive work/life balance for team members.Working within the Internal Communications team to effectively develop and manage key communications channels, collaborating closely with executives and internal functions such as marketing, facilities and HR.

  • Drafting and editing business announcements for internal distribution
  • Supporting the planning and execution of internal employee events
  • Preparing reports and analysis of team results, researching and keeping track of internal communication and Corporate Responsiblity award opportunities and helping the team to meet deadlines.
  • Supporting the VP, Internal Communications & Corporate Responsibility in administrative tasks including meeting coordination, management of invoices and producing PowerPoint decks.
  • Working with translators, video editors, and designers and managing them effectively
  • Playing a proactive role in the ongoing delivery of our Corporate Responsibility programmes.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience of working in an in-house or agency communications role.
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent, preferably in a communications-related subject
  • Demonstrable knowledge of a broad range of communications activities – media, websites, employee comms, events, social media and CSR.
  • Strong communication, business writing and interpersonal skills
  • Rigorous attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a flexible approach
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A flexible, intuitive and pro-active attitude
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills, able to juggle tasks and work under pressure
  • Tenacious and diplomatic, self-disciplined, results-focused
  • Occasional international travel may be require

Desirable:

  • While direct sector experience is not a pre-requisite, experience of working in a regulated, or related organisation would be beneficial
  • Budget and agency management experience
  • Experience of communicating with a global audience including non-native English speakers
