A leading City firm with a truly international patent litigation practice, our client is looking for a bright, accomplished patent litigation associate, ideally with at least 2 year’s post-qualification experience. This highly regarded team is involved in a significant amount of cutting-edge cross-border patent litigation, with the London office leading and coordinating colleagues around the EU. This role is a growth hire due to a strong pipeline of contentious patent work, on the pharma / life sciences side, in particular. The ideal candidate will have some experience working on significant life sciences sector patent litigation from another leading City IP practice. The team deals with the full range of life sciences and technology related IP / patent litigation and non-contentious IP / patent work and so while the focus of this role will be on the life sciences side of the patent practice, there will be the opportunity to get involved in a broader range of IP / patent work.
