Working in partnership not competition, we are part of an eco-system of purpose-led organisations, striving for a fairer, more equal society centred on opportunity for all.PurposeYou will lead a team of IPS (Individual Placement Support) Employment Specialists on the South Yorkshire programme contract providing training, mentoring, supervision, and modelling of the IPS approach to promote quality services with the aim to meet targeted referrals, engagements, and outcomes.They will communicate with key stakeholders including IAPT/Primary Care/JCP team leaders and other Partnership Managers to ensure services are integrated, to problem solve issues and to be a champion for the service. The role will support the service manager in maximising service outcomes and works closely with the Working Win Programme Team.Essential:You will have:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Experience of managing remote working teams and performance management procedures
  • Experience of internal (and external) partnership working
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully working to targets
