Overview:Twickenham Onsite £25, 000 +benefits .An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Technology Services team for an energetic and enthusiastic IT Analyst to join our fast and dynamic team as part of the Technology Operations department.Reporting to the Technology Services and Infrastructure manager you will be working with the IT Procurement team, to provide resolution of requests for colleagues and engage with suppliers.The role is customer-focused and requires confidence in communicating whilst resolving everyday technology challenges. This an entry-level position for someone with excellent customer service skills, who’s passionate about IT and looking to gain experience in IT Purchasing and procurement functions whilst also learning other facets of IT from Helpdesk, Support, and Configuration and Deployment. Providing the succesful candidate with various career pathways to pursue. Responsibilities:
- Respond to purchasing requests and queries in a timely manner
- Act as liaison between the business and suppliers for all IT procurement requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide new equipment to promote a productive environment
- Asset management through licensing, cost recharge and reporting
- Support the ServiceDesk (IT Hub) in providing resolution and escalation of technical support queries.
Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum Criteria:
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of everyday technologies – Email, Internet, Wi-Fi
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Knowledge of using Windows or Apple Mac devices
- Use of service management tools like Zendesk would be desirable.
