Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IT change management policies, procedures, and processes.
Evaluate proposed changes for potential impacts and risks, and facilitate change approvals.
Coordinate implementation activities and communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Monitor and track changes to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders to navigate change initiatives successfully.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in IT change management, with expertise in change planning, assessment, and implementation.
Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence and drive change in a dynamic environment.
