IT Service Manager | DV Cleared | Hybrid | £65,000 |

Here at iO we are working with another of the UK’s most exciting defence companies. Specialising in cyber, and space technology. they are on the lookout for an IT Service Manager to join their growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who has Service Management experience in the defence space, or someone in a support role looking to take their next step up into management.

Due to the secure nature of the role and the projects you will be working on, you will need to hold Active DV Clearance for this role to start.

The position will be hybrid based on their Gloucester site and offering a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £65,000 depending on experience.

Your role will involve,

• Ensuring any risks have been properly assessed and authorising change
• Handling all incident requests
• Involved in the design and implementation of services

If you have experience with the following then this could be the position for you,

• ITIL Certified (v3 and v4 Qualifications)
• Strong background of incident, change, and release management
• Experience supporting large scale projects ideally in the defence space
• Working across the service delivery life cycle
