The Job:
This role will partner with the Technology Business Partners and across GTS Technology Teams to form a strong partnership with the wider Aegon Technology teams to improve communications, build trust and strengthen partnerships. It will also work with Technology Management across Aegon to support and enable the effective execution of assigned IT business functions including financial management, administration, vendor management, IT delivery management, Business planning, analytics, and communications.
What You Will Do:
Conduct in-depth analysis to interpret and recommend best solutions to align IT and business initiatives, including business case and impact analysis.
Identify, test, and propose new process improvement through changes to existing processes or introduction of new tools to enhance overall IT business management operational effectiveness.
Develop metrics/measures and provide analysis to improve key processes and deliverables.
Measure, report, and review GTS service quality against agreements
Build good relationships based on integrity, trust, collaboration, and transparency.
Manage escalations, remove ambiguity, and resolve conflict relating to all areas of the Service.
Manage competing priorities, solutions and demands, negotiating with various departments across Technology and with the business to find the best outcome.
Act as the liaison between IT capabilities and business objectives to facilitate, manage, and prioritize improvements through process or system solutions to increase overall efficiency, quality and meet demands.
Maintaining an understanding of GTS services, operational processes, and procedures
You may be expected to travel once a quarter.
