We help our colleagues with everything IT-related, from high to low, whether it be restarting a computer, helping someone get a new keyboard, troubleshooting a printing problem, or configuring and implementing a new application to the organisation – we’re the ones who do it!As an IT Engineer, you will:Provide IT support for TTS employees and contractorsSolve tickets in our Helpdesk systemOnboard new hires and offboard leaversOrder and configure hardware (laptops)Manage access requests to different systemsMaintain and manage our current fleet of core SaaS applications: 1Password, Atlassian, Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, Microsoft 365, Okta, Slack, Asana, Mode, and internal tools (TMS, AdminUI, CSC)Monitor Vanta and act proactively to ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSSCreate stellar documentation regarding recurring issues and their solutionsThe Ideal Candidate:You put the user first and have a passion for service and support.You have junior to mid-level experience working for an IT Support team.You have experience using technologies such as Google Workspace and OktaYou have experience supporting end-users with issues concerning macOS and Windows.You know your way around macOS and have experience in tools such as Jamf ProYou are fluent in English, a major plus if you can speak French!Impact firstTeam nextAccept realityPropose solutionsWin with gritBe proactively candid, with yourself and othersLove the particularOwn itCreate positive energyMaybe, even have funTaptap Send is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to building an inclusive and diverse workforce.
