We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Field Manager to join our dynamic team in Richmond, London. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, manage a dedicated team, and contribute to the ongoing success of our company.Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of IT support technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Provide on-site technical support to clients in and around the Richmond London area, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
- Configure and implement Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards across client environments.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, and VLANs.
- Implement and administer Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments, including group policies and security policies.
- Implement and administer Azure cloud services for client solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac operating systems.
- Manage client builds and imaging processes.
- Collaborate with service providers to ensure seamless integration and support.
- Maintain adherence to industry best practices and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients at all levels.
- Identify and communicate potential issues or improvements to the team and management.
- Assist in project management, resource allocation, and ensuring project deadlines are met.
Benefits:
- £45,000 – £60,000 per year depending on experience.

- Valid driving license and own vehicle essential for travel to client sites.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial or supervisory role within the IT industry.
- Proven experience in configuring and implementing Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards.
- Strong proficiency in Office 365 Cloud services (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Deep understanding of network infrastructure maintenance and installations.
- Extensive experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 (including Group Policies and Security Policies).
- Proven experience with Azure administration and implementations.
- Comprehensive understanding of Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with client builds and imaging.
- Exceptional customer service skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong team player with independent problem-solving abilities.
