MCS Group is delighted to be working with a company who are revolutionising the Property Assessment industry, driving smart data solutions with excellence in innovation. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate with a year’s placement or anybody with a year’s IT support experience that is looking for more exposure to Python and SQL but keeping a customer focus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch phone and email support
• Quick responses to client inquiries
• Solve issues remotely
• Document cases efficiently
• Manage multiple cases

Essential Skills:

• Problem-solving and willingness to learn.
• On-call support experience with a customer focus.
• Proactive and friendly.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications:

• SQL experience.
• Basic scripting (Python)
• Windows OS skills
• Web dev knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus)
• Gov operations experience
