Job descriptionIT Teacher – KS3 – KS5 – HAYES – ASAP STARTProspero Teaching are looking for an IT Teacher to work at an OFSTED rated ‘good’ school in Hayes, London Borough of Hillingdon. The school are looking for someone to start ASAP covering a teacher who is currently on long term leave. This position will continue beyond January.This is a vibrant and diverse school who are renowned for being caring and inclusive. The school are looking for likeminded individuals to join their team who are passionate about their subjects and able to show their enthusiasm through their IT lessons and teaching abilities.This role would see you stepping into a great school which is improving year on year and aiming to achieve outstanding in there next Ofsted report. The school offer a friendly and supportive compliment of staff to make you feel welcome and supported while you work in the school. Behaviour is generally good and there are a lot of resources within the school to aid you in your lessons. This role will be for at least 2 terms but could go beyond this.You will be working with Key Stage 3, GCSE & A level classes teaching Information Technology.Location – Hayes, Hillingdon

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • QTS or equivalent
  • Experience teaching IT to KS5 minimum
  • Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year desirable however not essential

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references
