Salary: starting at $100,000/year
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PMElevate RS is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their client’s team. This role is responsible for overseeing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting budgeting and financial decision-making.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial record-keeping, including accounts payable and receivable
• Administer bi-weekly payroll while ensuring adherence to tax regulations
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Review and reconcile bank statements while managing cash flow operations
• Perform cost assessments related to pricing, inventory valuation, and production expenses
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning
• Coordinate with external auditors during financial reviews
• Handle employee expense reimbursements and other accounting-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or Finance
• 3 years experience in cost accounting
• Experience in accounting software and financial management tools
