As a Junior Account Manager, you will first be an integral part of our promotional events team, learning the mission of our clients as well as the key services/products they promote. Once all the criteria are met, you will be given a small team to manage. In addition:
- You will act as a point of contact for our clients’ customers, answering their queries, requests, and concerns ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance and progress to senior management and clients.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and pitches if needed.
