Position: Junior Accountant
Location: Montreal East
Salary: Up to $80,000, commensurate with experience

Are you a driven accounting professional seeking a rewarding opportunity? Our client, an international leader in the manufacturing industry is expanding their team and is looking for a talented Junior Accountant.
Job Description:
– Managing the complete accounting cycle
– Accounts payable management, recording invoices, tracking payments and reconciling balances
– Accounts receivable management, generating invoices, tracking payments, following up on overdue accounts and reconciling balances
– Recording financial transactions, sales, purchases and expenses
– Maintaining account balances in General Ledger
– Preparing and analyzing financial statements
– Bank reconciliation, deposits, matching transaction, withdrawals and bank fees
– Processing expenses and calculating monthly commissions and quarterly royalties
– Assisting in monthly GST/QST reporting
– Providing support for annual accounting auditsJob Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
– At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting roles
– Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and v lookups
