Avanti Recruitment is currently working with an award-winning provider of business management software, websites, and mobile apps seeking a motivated junior developer to join their expanding Agile development team. The Role
As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you’ll be working on both front-end and back-end development, managing databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You’ll have the chance to learn from experienced developers and contribute to real projects from day one.
The company is based near Northampton and will be a hybrid role.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Working on both front-end and back-end development using modern frameworks and technologies
• Developing and maintaining SQL Server databases, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
• Identifying and resolving issues efficiently
• Contributing ideas to improve both software and development practices
• Working with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Learning and growing your skills in a supportive environment
