Our Banking client is looking for a Junior Invoice Reconciliation Analyst (Bank, Coupa, Excel)
Length: 12 months contract with the possibility of extension and conversion to full time employment
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) – minimum one day in office and as needed
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, 37.5 hours per week

ROLE MANDATE:
The Global Market Data Services team supports a variety of different work steams and is growing to include Technology & Operations (T&O). The T&O team is currently looking for a GTA-based Analyst to support invoice reconciliation and approval activities. Invoices are tied to T&O hardware and circuitry requests.TEAM STRUCTURE:
The selected candidate will be the second Analyst on the T&O side and will be working closely with the senior Analyst in Toronto. Training will be provided. Teams are collaborative and regular team meetings and one-on-ones can be expected.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
Logging T&O invoices, performing reconciliation tasks and transacting in system
Review vendor, billing account, tax amounts, cost center, service names and costs to ensure they align with expected billing details
Processing invoices in Coupa for payment
Other admin duties as needed such as data checks and reviewing excel loadsQualifications:
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
Attention to detail
Willingness to learn – new grads welcome
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
Strong financial, analytical, judgmental and conceptual skills
Adept at working within complex environments at many levels of the organization
Ability to process large volumes of invoices within strict timelinesNICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
Working understanding/experience of SmartProcure (COUPA)
Working understanding/experience of MDM (Market Data Manager)
Banking/Financial Institution experienceINTERVIEW PROCESS:
