Job Title: Key Account SpecialistJob Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Specialist to join our team in Ballymena. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimum efficiency and effectiveness in client contract management and service delivery. This role is key to maintaining client relationships and ensuring profitability through strategic recruitment and innovative service solutions.Location: BallymenaHours of Work: 37.5 hours per week (reasonable flexibility required)Salary & Benefits: £23,000 OTE – £27,000 – £29,000Benefits Include:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand roles, organisational culture, and assignment durations.
  • Source and recruit candidates in line with client requirements and KPIs.
  • Implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
  • Conduct interviews and skills assessments as per client specifications.
  • Register candidates ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Deliver client-specific training sessions as required.
  • Issue onboarding information including assignment briefs and handbooks.
  • Meet recruitment KPIs set by the Line Manager.

Client Management:

  • Partner with the Branch Manager and Senior Account Specialist to enhance service delivery.
  • Review client services regularly to assess performance and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with client SLA requirements.
  • Provide management information and reports as per SLA.
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and implement improvements.
  • Address client feedback promptly and manage candidate relations effectively.
  • Maintain accurate worker records and ensure timely payroll processing.
  • Offer general advice and guidance to temporary workers.

Compliance Management:

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Adhere to Company and Statutory Health and Safety requirements.
  • Complete monthly Branch Quality Audits.
  • Conduct Client Ethical and Customer Audits as requested.

Person Specification:Essential:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in professional account management or recruitment.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels.
  • Stable work history.
  • Strong administration and IT skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience in conducting disciplinary and grievance meetings.
  • GCSE English and Maths at Grades A-C or equivalent.
  • Business Administration Level 3 qualification.

Qualities:

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Accountability and personal responsibility for actions.
  • Ability to build relationships and interact sensitively.
  • Resilience and ability to cope under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
