You’ll be working directly with the Store and Deputy Managers, learning the ropes, and taking on responsibilities that will keep the store buzzing. - Crafting an unforgettable shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
- Keeping a close eye on sales performance and helping to boost those numbers.
- Hitting KPIs and driving profitability – because success is our middle name!
- Supporting your team by recruiting, managing, and motivating them to smash store objectives.
- Ensuring all company standards are top-notch and consistently maintained.
- Prioritising the health and safety of your store and colleagues.
