– Providing Excellent Customer Service with a smile!
– Taking accurate food orders
– Preparing all KFC food
– Partnering with other Team Members and Managers to meet target goals during your shift
– Restaurant Cleanliness
– Ensuring items are well stockedRequirements:All Employees:
– Presents a neat, clean appearance, in company uniform
– Greets each customer they encounter with a smile and a word of welcome or departure
– Maintains a clean and safe environment for customers
– Prepares work area for service
– Serves customers according to all company procedures and standards
– Work with management and fellow employees
– Cooperation with peers – work with fellow employees as part of a team, helps others when they need a hand
– Attendance – must be reliable
– Cooperation with Management – is open and receptive to requests, demonstrates flexibility and dependability
– Initiative and Energy – takes action without being told, goes beyond what is simply required, maintains a high activity level
– Perform Cleaning, Stocking
– Keeps all food and service areas, equipment and utensils clean and organized throughout the day
– Performs all cleaning tasks as assigned and on schedule
– Meets company standards for sanitary food preparation and handling
– Follows approved company safety procedures
– Performs other duties as required by manager
