KS2 Graduate Teaching Assistant

Are you a graduate looking to support KS2 pupils as they prepare for their SATs?

Can you provide 1-2-1 support within the classroom?

*** KS2 Graduate Teaching Assistant
*** £75 – £85 per day
*** Immediate start – July 2024
*** ‘Good’ Primary school in Birmingham
*** 1-2-1 support, small group sessions

The role of a KS2 Graduate Teaching Assistant is to support pupils 1-2-1 within the classroom and within small group intervention sessions to improve attainment levels. As the pupils will be preparing to do their first real exams, nerves will be high, as a KS2 Graduate Teaching Assistant you’ll be there to reassure them and give them the push they need to achieve great results.

As a KS2 Graduate Teaching Assistant you will be supported by the class teacher who has been with the school her entire career and specifically in year 6 for 4 years, she knows the challenges and the pressures that can be placed on a KS2 Graduate Teaching Assistant and takes steps to support you through your journey.

The school is located on the outskirts of Birmingham City centre and is easily accessible by public transport, with a headteacher who has been with the school for a number of years, you will be provided with the tools and materials you need to best support the pupils.
