- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Key Stage 2 students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and motivated to achieve their best.
- Assess and track student progress regularly, providing targeted support and constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
- Create opportunities for cross-curricular learning, encouraging children to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure that all children receive a rich and stimulating learning experience.
- Participate in school-wide activities, staff meetings, and professional development to contribute to the overall success of the school.
KS2 Teacher Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with a solid understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
- Passionate about creating an inspiring and inclusive learning environment for children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A flexible and collaborative team player eager to continue professional development.
- A commitment to promoting academic excellence and supporting the holistic development of all students.
