The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning in our Key Stage 2 classrooms, working closely with both teachers and pupils to ensure a positive and enriching educational experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in planning, delivering, and assessing lessons in Key Stage 2.
  • Provide targeted support to individual students and small groups to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Support the management of classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
  • Help create and maintain engaging learning resources and displays.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support teaching and learning activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in Key Stage 2 is desirable.
  • Level 3 or above Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to support colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
  • Commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children.
