This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 6 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2*Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dinning, afternoon tea & bar).La Dame de Pic London is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the Pastry team.La Dame de Pic London at Four Seasons Tower bridge is a vibrant destination for gourmands in the capital, showcasing Chef Anne-Sophie Pic’s creative French cuisine.Currently the only French female chef to hold three Michelin stars, Anne-Sophie Pic is known for her distinct culinary identity, revisiting ingredients and exploring unusual cooking methods to create powerful and unexpected flavour combinations.The Pastry Chef de Partie role:The Pastry Chef de Partie will work closely with the La Dame de Pic Pastry Chef to supervise and oversee the preparation and production of all desserts and pastry items and maintain the smooth running of the Operation.The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie will have:
- A good understanding and practical knowledge of Michelin cooking
- Working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP and COSHH
- Food Hygiene qualification (CIEH or equivalent)
- Commitment to teamwork and good communication skills
- Passion for the Pastry & Culinary world required!
All Pastry Chef de Partie applicants must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
