On a day-to-day basis, you will have the opportunity to work on large-scale mandates that will challenge your legal and intellectual skills, while benefiting from a high level of autonomy.You’ll be representing clients in emerging technologies, as well as established companies and start-ups.You’ll be involved in challenging transactions and contribute your financing expertise.You will represent and advise a innovative business clientele.SKILLS REQUIRED :

• Member of the Quebec Bar;
• Experience in business, transactional and financing law;
• Good command of oral and written French and English;
• Autonomous, rigorous and able to manage priorities;
• Good communication skills;
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle several files at once.
