The Identity and Access Management (IAM) program encompasses strategic planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of identity and access services across the global enterprise, including Privileged Access Management (PAM). We are currently searching for an experienced Lead Architect to join our team and design, mature, and drive our IAM and PAM roadmaps. The ideal candidate will be an improvement-driven problem-solver with a proven ability to engage and build healthy relationships between cross-functional areas to achieve continuous improvement. A passion for access governance and hardening control designs is key to the success of this role.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Lead the design, implementation and management of enterprise IAM Architecture.
- Partner with Principal Global Architects to define the overall IAM strategic roadmap.
- Support capability maturity and roadmaps of global IAM and PAM solutions.
- Ensure enterprise security requirements are incorporated into control design.
- Drive privileged access management maturity throughout the global technology organization.
- Develop policies, practice, and processes to support effective security control design implementation.
- Architect ongoing enhancements of IAM and PAM systems and tools, including integrations and access control mechanisms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, program and project teams, and technologists to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment with approved design.
- Maintain all IAM architectural diagrams, as built documentation, and roadmaps.
- Ensure resilience by design is incorporated into IAM and PAM technologies and processes.
- Drive continuous improvement through regular capability maturity assessments.
- 10+ years hands-on enterprise IAM Engineering, Architecture, and security control design implementation. · Subject matter expertise in enterprise IAM and PAM security technologies and best practices.
- Proven experience with AWS and Azure cloud platform access management, and IAM tools such as EntraID, Sailpoint IIQ, password vaults, etc.
- Well versed in evolving IAM and PAM technologies and capabilities.
- Fluent in IAM related threat vectors and acutely aware of evolving and emerging threats.
- Experience working globally aligning various country-specific and regional regulatory nuances.
- Familiarity with workstream tools such as Service Now, Jira, Confluence is a plus.
- Ability to deliver progressive evolution and maturity of various practices in a fast-paced environment.
- Well organized, detail oriented, analytical thinker and problem-solver.

For Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in Canada is $$148,000-$185,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
