We are delighted to be recruiting for a new Lead Building Safety Manager based from our London or our Head Office at Eastleigh.This is an exciting time to join the asset management team at Abri, with significant growth occurring from partnership opportunities.The main purpose of this role will be to support Abri Group in delivering its duties as Principle Accountable Person and Accountable Person for Higher Risk Buildings and the wider Building Safety Act 2022 outside of the HRB regime.You will be responsible for leading a team of Building Safety Managers and supporting the Building Safety Team and wider business to ensure high risk and complex buildings within the scope of legislation are compliantly managed and maintained safely.Evidenced through the creation and continued management of building safety case and the onward reports presented to the Building Safety Regulator.You will act as the primary point of contact for your HRB building residents, occupiers and accountable persons maintaining building safety while fostering openness, trust, and collaboration—key to ensuring residents’ safety.You must be able to demonstrate working knowledge of current building and fire safety legislation and guidance.You must have a proven track record of positively impacting on peopleYou will be an excellent communicator with strong awareness of building safety and resident engagement.
