An opportunity has arisen to recruit a Lead Coordinator/Cancer Pathway Navigator within the GI Surgery service line at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.   • Educated to GCSE level (Maths/English at Grade C/4 or above)
  • Extensive and demonstrable knowledge and experience of the full range of administrative systems, software programmes to include all Microsoft applications (word, excel, access, email).

Desirable

  • Relevant experience within GI Surgery

ExperienceEssential

  • Experience of working as a team Leader or supervisor within the NHS.
  • Pro-actively and effectively managing your own workload to meet constricting targets/deadlines.
  • Previous experience of working within a multidisciplinary environment
  • Awareness of national and local waiting time targets
  • To have experience of service improvement work

  • Experience of Cancer Services within the NHS
