Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?In this role, you will manage the product roadmap of initiatives related to Direct Investing and help unlock the business value and client engagement for their development and implementation.You will oversee the definition of scope, gather detailed requirements, manage prioritization, and ensure features and capabilities are built to specification. You will work closely with the stakeholders, digital product management team, design, and development teams to build a clear product roadmap and monitor feedback and evaluate value creation. You will work on a variety of short and long-term projects to address business needs and continually improve our offering and capabilities.What will you do?Manage the product life cycle from conception through release and beyond by collaborating with developers, product management, operations, and other teamsWork in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, define priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risksExecute through Agile Processes (Sprint planning, Sprint Retro, Backlog refinement, Sprint Review), and ensuring Jira/Confluence are up to dateTranslate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements including features, designs, user stories, and acceptance test criteriaPrioritize and maintain the product backlog, balancing the requirements and inputs of multiple stakeholders Work closely with the technical development manager to lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology
